- The prominence of the Code of Conduct was improved on website, in addition to advice to users of architects on common issues or problems they may encounter.
- Planning Authorities were contacted, and many agreed to place links to the ARB website where potential users of architectural services might visit.
- Local press were sent press releases about relevant PCC decisions.
Objectives
Increase use of the online Register to mitigate the risk of consumers being misled by those misusing the title ‘architect’

- Traffic to the site increased by 19% during 2013.
- ARB email signatures were updated to include a direct link to the Register.
- The “working with our partners” project was launched. Work was done to encourage partner organisations (such as other regulators and consumer organisations) to spread the word on the value of the public Register.

- Links to the Architects Register site increased by 48% and use of the logo increased by 40%.
- Each ebulletin highlighted the value of raising awareness of the Register.

- We exhibited at two shows in 2013; Homebuilding and Renovating and Grand Designs, both at the NEC in Birmingham.
- At both shows staff presented information about the work of the Board and the value of the Register.
